Establishment, Development

Avestar Packaging Group Joint Stock Company was established in February, 2021 at Hop Hai industrial cluster, Phung Nguyen commune, Lam Thao district, Phu Tho province. We specialize in packaging printing products and commercial services in packaging industry. With the estimated capital investment up to trillions Dong divided into 2 periods, we are proud to have enough competence in terms of materials, machines, man and method to meet all requirements of packaging products in diverse sectors. Avestar’s factory has all the necessary machines to manufacture the packaging in line production, with the estimated capacity around 20 million products per month. Besides, we are capable of meeting customers’ requirements in diverse sectors: Electronics; Household Appliances; Toys; Pharmaceuticals; Chemicals – Cosmetics; Food and Beverages; Stationary; Gift boxes; Instruction manuals.

Founders and Managers

Our management board includes the experts in packaging industry. Besides, founders of Avestar are the ones with strategic mindset and knowledge, with “passion and vision” in management. Therefore, our company has a management system with an innovative mindset. Moreover, it is also a safe and effective working environment with good care for the benefits and development of our employees.

Company’s scale and location

With the total area of 50,000 m2, in which 22,000 m2 is occupied by the factory, we are proud that our company is of large scale with enough space for the machines, warehouses, transportation as well as the office and other ancillary works. We also invest a lot in the landscape and other conditions for living activities such as water, lighting sources with the aim of creating a green, clean and lean working environment.

Located right at the side of Phong Chau bridge in Lam Thao district, Phu Tho province, less than 20 km from Viet Tri City and Phu Tho Town, 70 km from Hanoi Center, Avestar is proud to have an ideal location in terms of both transportation and eco-social factors. We understand and acknowledge the importance of our company’s location, especially when our scale becomes larger and larger. We always try to take advantage of the location in the operating and development process.

Our team

Our employee number is estimated to be 800 people. Our core team are the ones with 10 -20 years of experience in packaging industry. Therefore, they understand deeply the technology, techniques and the particularities of the field. For us, people are the most valuable assets. We believe that the employees’ career development is parallel to the company’s success. Avestar always tries to create the best working conditions for our employees by providing them with the best benefits and also intensive training programs to enhance their skills.

Manufacturing capacity

From the beginning, Avestar has invested heavily in the semi-automatic, automatic machines which are large in both quantity and capacity. At the moment, our machines are available for all processes from printing, coating, cutting, laminating, stitching – bonding, folding, as well as the more special processes such as gifting, windowing, embossing – debossing, foil stamping, spot coating, etc. Our machines are all imported from the prestigious brands of Germany and Japan. They can maintain stable service as well as capacity. Our outstanding machines: CTP Kodak Trendsetter Q3600 (sheet size: 1600x2083mm), Lamination machines, Coating machines, NIKKO cutting machine, Automatic Foil-Stamping machine, Cardboard lamination (size 2100×2100 mm), Heidelberg Offset printing machine (size 720×1020 mm), Heidelberg Manual printing machine (700×1020 mm), Roland Offset printing machine (1350×1850 mm).

With the current technology, we are confident to be able to manufacture diverse types of products as below:

Duplex boxes – (Flute) Carton boxes: folding boxes, one-piece/ two-piece boxes, hinge boxes, hand-held boxes, two-side printing boxes, big-size boxes.

Instruction manual: Folding, Bonding, Stitching, Cutting.

We can use a wide range of paper for manufacturing (white paper, black paper, metallized paper, PLA bioplastic) and also various types of ink (water-based ink, oil-based ink, vegetable-based ink, pantone ink, metallic pantone ink).

Beside investing in the modern machines, we also aim at complying to international standards in manufacturing and business activities. At the moment our factory has got the Certification of Management System Standards ISO 9001:2015. We aim to get the Certification of Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 and HSE Management System ISO 45001:2015, Certification by FSC FSC-STD 40-003 (V3.1), G7 Certification for color management by the end of 2022 and GMI Certification for color management by the first quarter of 2023.
